Ewan Dudding purchased his first property at 21 while still a student. After university, he became one of the youngest in the U.K. to earn a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Passionate about property, Ewan acquired 20 more properties, eventually leaving his financial career behind. He then became a self-employed mortgage broker, brokering over 1,500 loans and building a team of 7 administrators in just two and a half years. Becoming the largest introducers in Scotland & North of England to many of the specialist lenders. Ewan and his team now serve clients ranging from first-time landlords, large-scale property owners & commercial property investors.
In the meantime, Ewan has scaled his own portfolio to become one of Scotland’s largest private landlords, with over 150 BTLs, HMOs, and multiple commercial properties and Apart Hotels. His clients include everyone from first-time investors to those with 300+ BTLs, as well as some of the most active traders in Scotland and England. Many of Ewan’s team members have also become serial investors, building their own portfolios.
It’s Ewan’s firsthand experience as a buyer, his deep knowledge of the lending market, and his ability to quickly fund complex deals that sets EKD Finance apart.
